Luis Muñoz Marin School Celebrates Three Kings Day

On Wednesday, January 6^th 2011 at 10 a.m., children, parents, and members of the Bridgeport community will come together for a celebration to commemorate Three Kings Day at Luis Muñoz Marin School on 479 Helen Street in Bridgeport. The Christian Holiday, also known as Epiphany, is the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ, and the visit of the Magi, or “Wise Men”, from Persia who arrived in Bethlehem bearing gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh.
