Ms. Howard attended Kolbe Cathedral High School for her high school diploma, Morgan State University (Baltimore, MD) where she received a degree in Psychology, Southern CT State University (New Haven, CT) where she received a Masters in Education. She also attended Sacred Heart University (Bridgeport, CT) for her Leadership Certification/6th year. She is a member of Fairfield County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Counseling is her second career and in the past was a grants writer and manager. She loves to shop, travel, visit museums, spend time with her huge family and advocate for youth in her community. She is passionate about seeing the youth in her community succeed and defying all odds.
