Uniform sweater or fleece 

Backpack, big enough to fit a full-sized folder  

Small blanket for rest (no pillows). This must be taken home weekly to be cleaned.  

Complete change of clothes to be kept at school in gallon ziplock bag labeled 

Daily healthy snack and 'spill-proof' bottle of water 

Box of tissues  

Baby wipes  

Three dry erase markers  

Disinfectant wipes   

Hand soap   

Box of Band Aids
