• 1.AES Engineers-Deadline Oct. 8th Scholarships are intended for our future leaders across a wide spectrum of fields of study. This award is available to high school seniors and all students attending a post secondary educational facility. You are not required to be taking Engineering courses to be eligible. Students must submit an essay of between 500 and 1000 words in answer to the following question: When you look back on your life in 30 years, what would it take for you to consider your life successful?     3. Dr. Juan Andrade Jr. Scholarship Award: $1,000- 20 awards Deadline November 30, 2021. Eligibility: This award is open to a graduating senior who will attend college in the Fall of 2022. The student must also have at least one parent of Hispanic ancestry and demonstrate financial need.     4. High School Heisman Scholarship Award: $500 -$5,000 Eligibility: A senior who has a 3.0 GPA or better, who participates in at least one school sponsored sport and demonstrates leadership in the school and community.     5. Hispanic Heritage Youth Awards Award: $3,500 Deadline for this scholarship is November 14, 2021. To be eligible for this scholarship you must be a graduating senior and have a minimum unweighted GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.     7. Nichols College Students who will be attending Nichols College in the fall and demonstrate improvement during their senior year; senior grades must be higher than their cumulative GPA. Prudential Spirit of Community Award The Prudential Spirit of Community Awards honors middle level and high school students for making meaningful contributions to their communities through volunteer service.
