DocuSign is an electronic signature and digital transaction management tool that can be used to replace manual, paper-based School Base Health center applications.
How does DocuSign Work?
Focusing on how DocuSign works, the primary feature of this e-signature platform is sending you the school-based Health center application form, and Optimus Health Care receiving your filled out application with your secure digital signatures. It offers a secure, easy-to-use, and an excellent blend of convenience and efficiency to electronic signatures.

Food for Thought BLAST OFF WITH BREAKFAST …… Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Start the day off right. Kids who eat breakfast do better in the classroom. Breakfast doesn’t have to be boring – use your imagination. Breakfast Ideas: 1. Cereal with fruit & milk (grain, fruit & dairy) 2. Toast and peanut butter and a glass of glass of juice (grain, protein & fruit) 3. Hard boil egg (dairy and protein) -- Here you can carry and go! 4. Fruit muffin (grain & fruit) 5. Bagel with jelly or low fat cream cheese (grain with fruit or dairy) 6. Cereal bars (grain and/or fruit) --Another carry & go! For those who do not like breakfast foods, ‘unbreakfast’ foods work too. It’s not what you eat, but when you eat that makes it breakfast.
