Adult Basic Education (ABE)

Adult Basic Education (ABE) classes are offered for adults who wish to improve their basic skills in reading, writing and mathematics.

Students will be placed in Literacy, Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced classes based on the results of the placement tests. These courses are designed to strengthen the students’ basic math, reading compre- hension, and grammar skills. Once mastered they may continue in a GED class.

Classes are offered in various locations at different times during the day and evening.
