User Services

ITS User Services

Provides assistance and support for all faculty, staff, and students.

Services include:

  • Help Desk, Desktop Technology Support, and Classroom Technology Support

  • Provides Technical support specialists for PC support, helpdesk support, and training support initiatives

  • Handles customer problems that arise from the use of products or the services

  • Trains staff to help customers use products properly

  • Provides tools to onsite user support technicians for proactive and responsive services

  • Reviews system operating requirements in alignment with budget planning

  • Provides up-to-date system and process documentation and inventories

  • Management of all related vendor support contracts for end user hardware and software

  • Works with software and hardware vendors for problem resolution

  • Ensures end user data is protected and recoverable

  • Plans rollout of new PCs, laptops, and printers etc, in accordance with applicable replacement schedules as well as associated licensing
