Ms. Bernadette Bray

Greetings students and families.

I am Bernadette Bray, a member of Bassick High School's math department. The subjects that I currently cover are Algebra II, Trigonometry and Calculus.

I have been teaching in Bridgeport since 2012. It's very rewarding for me when a student - who previously struggled with math - experiences success.

Math is not a spectator sport: the way that you learn math is to do math! So come to class prepared to engage fully and participate in rigorous lessons, designed to lead you to mastery of a concept.

Reach out for extra help when you feel you are losing ground. Math concepts tend to build upon previously acquired skills, so it's important to have a firm foundation before moving on to the next topic.

Arrangements can be made for extra help after school on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Please refer to the contact information below.

Sincerely,

Bernadette Bray
